No Post Day: Just Something Until Tomorrow

“Down Boy”; Yeah Yeah Yeahs
Let me know if the YouTube isn’t available.

Having spent two days telling the majority of my family to fuck off I’m taking a day to prepare something large for Salted Lithium’s one year anniversary. So this is going to be a No Post Day, for which — if you’re so inclined — you can thank Anita Marie for bringing into my world. So I’m posting this YouTube featuring one of the sexiest (metaphysically speaking) bands ever, then I’m going to spend twelve hours copying and pasting names, dates, URL’s and headlines into one ginormous post which will probably never be fully appreciated until long after the Internet has been reduced to a single gene-chip which will then be coded into the DNA of human beings as they are plucked from their mechanical womb and placed into their lifelong storage containers where they’ll be used as living batteries for our robot overlords. Better start bowing down before your triple-w God now so your decedents can be put on all the good lists because, baby, the Web’s got a long memory. Ah, No Post Day… truly You are bliss.

If you’re willing to take the time, my question this time is:

If you have a blog, which one of your posts has become your personal favourite? If you haven’t gotten around to starting one, which post from any blog can you remember being your favourite?

About Gabriel...

...diagnosed with manic depression when I was nineteen, for the next 14-years I lived without treatment or a recovery plan. I've been homeless, one time I graduated college, I've won awards for reporting on Internet privacy issues, and a weekly humour column. In 2002 I finally hit bottom and found help. It's now 2022, and I have an 8-year old son, and a 12-year old son... I’m usually about six feet tall, and I'm pretty sure I screwed up my book deal. I mostly blog at saltedlithium.com....

I have lots of favorites, since it’s been awhile. But I like this one because it seems to have struck a chord across the internet.

And I also like this one by Seaneen on her blog Pole To Polar:
